The Christ Methodist Early Education Program (EEP) provides parents with peace of mind by offering high-quality, full-day developmental care for children ages eight weeks through two years in a nurturing, Christian environment. Our qualified teachers create a warm and secure setting where each child’s individual needs are met and growth is encouraged—physically, cognitively, socially, emotionally, and spiritually—through exploration, play, and joyful connection. In partnership with families, we lovingly support each child’s unique personality and development within a faith-filled community.

How To Apply
The EEP accepts applications year-round, and new enrollment takes place each August. This timing allows our classes to move up together by age group, beginning in early infancy. Our infant classes (ages 8 weeks to 12 months) are typically organized by age within a three-month range, and our toddler rooms begin at 11 months.
If you’re considering the EEP for your family, we would love to show you our program in person. We offer tours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between 9:30 and 11:30 a.m.—a window that best supports the routines of our young children. Tours are by appointment only; please call 901.683.3926, and our team will be happy to reserve a time for you.
To start the application process, families can apply online. Enrollment opportunities are offered based on the date the application is received. Special consideration may be given to children of alumni, siblings of current EEP/CMDS students, and active members of Christ Methodist Church. Special consideration does not guarantee admission.
If you are applying while pregnant, we kindly ask that you contact our administrative team after your baby is born to provide your child’s name and date of birth.
Admissions Process
Current EEP families receive their re-enrollment forms for the upcoming year in February. Following re-enrollment, our admissions team begins reviewing applications submitted throughout the year.
Families who have submitted applications can expect to hear from us in March. If we can accommodate your child for the upcoming year, we will provide additional enrollment details. A $75 registration fee and enrollment forms are due by April 1 to hold your child’s spot for the upcoming school year.
We will also reach out to families we cannot accommodate during enrollment season to outline potential next steps. We will draw from our applicant pool if we have openings throughout the school year. However, we do not disclose the number or order of students in the pool. A child’s application will remain on file as long as the parents desire, or until the child ages out of the EEP.
Please know that our program strives to accommodate as many families as possible.
