We make learning child’s play.
Christ Methodist Day School first opened its doors in 1958 to 75 kindergarten students. Since then, we have continued to grow and thrive in the same spot where we were founded: right along Poplar Avenue, in the middle of Memphis, just about halfway between FedExForum and Shelby Farms Park.
We are known for providing a foundation of strong academics balanced with an emphasis on spiritual growth, emotional development and personal integrity. We encourage you to come see why CMDS is the primary choice for boys and girls, ages 2K to 6th grade. We offer several admissions events each year, and are always available to schedule individual tours.
