Hi Students, I miss all of you and hope you all are doing well! Here are three videos:
1. This introduction video from me
2. An inspiring Easter story from this past Easter that you don't want to miss
3. Youtube video of Toothpick Puzzles
I hope that the five-year-old boy on the video will inspire you to find ways to help others during this quarantine. Make sure you have toothpicks ready when you play the third video.
I have also included some extra toothpick puzzles because I know you are going to want to try more after you watch the last video. Notice that there are two different sheets (easy and intermediate) followed by the answer keys. (Don’t peak ahead!) Have fun and be inspired!

Why not get smarter and have fun all at the same time? Now is your chance! Try these online brainteasers. You do not have to do them all, but I wanted to give you plenty of options. I know you will have a blast!
Also, I know how CMDS students love to help others. Watch this Kid President video, "How Good Spreads." I hope you enjoy it.
Here are a few ideas so start spreading goodness while you are home:
Help your parents cook dinner.
Set the table.
Watch or help your siblings.
Help your parents as much as possible.
Thank your teachers for their hard work.
FaceTime your grandparents and elderly neighbors.
Make cards for those people in nursing homes and hospitals that can’t have visitors. (They can be mailed.)
Write messages on sidewalk chalk in front of friends’ and neighbors’ homes.
If you play an instrument, play a song in a neighbor’s yard.
